As the exclusive North American distributor, we import all our products fresh and direct from Truefitt & Hill UK every 6-8 weeks.
Although all our scents are popular, when it comes to choosing a fragrance, it is a very personal choice. We always recommend new customers try our sample kits to test what fragrances appeal to them before purchasing a full-sized product. Our bestselling fragrance collections are 1805 (light & oceanic), Sandalwood (tonka & cedarwood) & our unscented Ultimate Comfort Collection (for allergies or sensitive skin).
Shaving cream lathers much easier than a bar of soap, the latter of which is typically used by more sophisticated shavers. For more information, read our comparison blog post.
One must have a warm, wet damp brush and although the lathering up is not as rich as the shaving cream it still forms a lather. Take a bowl of hot water, a wet brush and shaving soap and with the brush in a circular motion work up a rich lather. Apply to the face and again use a circular motion. If it dries, apply more water. A richer lather is often achieved if you apply a pre-shave oil prior to using a shaving soap. Alternatively, for a richer lather a cream might be easier to use, plus its high level of glycerin will protect the skin.
The glycerin is made from vegetable sources (palm oil).
The ingredients in both sized products are the same, however each batch may have a slight variation.
Aftershave balm is specific to the shave area to help replenish and moisturize the skin, whereas moisturizer is for the whole face.
Our Ultimate Comfort Collection is formulated specifically for sensitive skin and allergies, as well as medical or other personnel who prefer an unscented product.
An electric razor pulls the hairs from the root instead of cutting them; this causes ingrown hairs and irritates the skin which then produces an oily waxy look to the area. To avoid skin irritation and ingrown hairs, only use a good razor, plenty of hot water, and remember to finish with a cold rinse afterwards to close the pores. Do not apply too much pressure with the blade when you are shaving.
All our brushes are made with either Super Badger, Silvertip or Synthetic hair.
Super Badger is a premium, high-grade hair offered by many manufacturers. The soft hairs of the brush absorb water for higher performance.
Silvertip is only found on the neck area of the badger and is the softest of all brush hair. It easily absorbs water and is the rarest and highest grade of hair.
Synthetic absorbs water for a good lather and lasts longer than natural hair.

Your credit card company may have ‘captured’ your payment but not processed it, which will drop off within 12-24 hours. If you have not received an order confirmation from us, we have not received your funds and your order has not been processed. If you are not sure, please call your credit card company.
We are the exclusive North American distributors and only ship within North America.
All our shipments typically ship on the same day (if the order is received by 2:30pm EST Mon-Fri). In the USA, we ship via UPS - you will receive tracking details once your order has been processed which updates overnight. We recommend checking the next day after receiving tracking information for accuracy. Full shipping information can be seen here.

We receive all orders via email once checkout has been completed.
We are happy to launch an investigation 24 hours on your behalf after the package has been noted as delivered, which typically takes 8-10 business days to resolve. Please ensure you check with other members of your household in case they pick up on your behalf.

If you were routed to express checkout via ShopPay or PayPal you will see the discount code option under the order summary.
