Important Shipping Update (Updated October 30th, 2025):

We have partnered with a warehouse in Wisconsin to assist in fulfilling our Truefitt & Hill USA orders. Their shipping label will state from "G10 Fulfillment".  

Starting October 30th, 2025 orders will be shipped from this lcoation due to the end of de minimis on August 29, 2025.

ALL DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES, BROKERGAE FEES & TARIFFS are included in pricing. 

As the exclusive distributor we are pleased to confirm all products are guaranteed to be both fresh and direct from the UK.

We offer free UPS / Fedex / USPS Standard Shipping for orders $50+ (before tax) and $9.95 Flat Rate Standard Shipping for orders $20.01-$49.50. Under $20.00 is a flat rate of $15.00 for Continental United States.

APO's, PO Boxes ship USPS (Ground Advantage if order with alcohol, (colognes, splash & some hair dressings) otherwise USPS. 

Alaska, Hawaii ship USPS without alcohol or UPS/Fedex and below rates apply or can email info@truefittandhill.com for other USPS options or call 888-763-6488 Mon-Fri 9:00am-4pm EST.

With alcohol (DG-dangerous goods products which include cologne's, splash & hair dressings) ship Fedex/UPS. Minimum shipping rates apply for orders under $300.00.

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Processing time may range from same day if order received by 12:00pm EST (not guaranteed) to next business day.
